Range design and fabric development
Gina’s in-house design team crafts solutions that align with your style preferences and brand identity. We translate your brief into storyboards showcasing styles, fabrics, and colours. Inspired by global trends, we balance functionality, comfort, and style. We offer standard ranges and bespoke uniforms, catering to diverse body shapes, sizes, cultures, and religions.
Final range selection
After finalising the range concept, we use our in-house electronic Lectra Pattern design system for pattern making and size grading, ensuring accuracy and consistency in our fit.
Fitting and order capturing
We fit staff members or can also manage the process online to reduce costs and expedite turnaround times. A clear sizing guide is provided to facilitate accurate ordering. Our electronic order-capturing process ensures a seamless experience.
Manufacturing
Our Johannesburg facility employs over 600 South Africans, giving us control over quality and timely delivery.
Sourcing items
If we don’t manufacture it, we will source it. Our design and procurement team sources shoes, accessories, knitwear, certain menswear items, and PPE garments from trusted suppliers.
Picking, packing, and delivery
Each order is picked and packed by our distribution team into individually marked parcels for seamless distribution. Parcels are delivered by our driver or courier, ensuring a smooth process.
Returns and Exchanges
Customer satisfaction is our priority. Returns and exchanges are permitted within 30 days, with a quick and uncomplicated return service.
